First Aid at Work Course

Over the past few decades attitudes within industry have changed dramatically towards First Aid Care and provisions. The identification by the Health and Safety Executive of a need for a consistent approach to First Aid Care in the workplace, throughout the UK, led to the Institute of First Aid Regulations 1981 which set out the essential aspects of first aid that employers have to address.

This profile offers the essential extended first aid skills required within the first few minutes of an emergency. This course uses a standardised approach to incorporate these essential skills through a continuing education programme which adheres to Health and Safety regulations.
