Health Surveillance

Whilst we believe that stimulating health behavioural change is of prime importance we also have effective policies to cover all types of health surveillance and assessments. These are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure they incorporate current best practice. When awarded a contract, our policies are made available to our clients and we also undertake a review and evaluation of any existing health surveillance/assessment programme to ensure that all “at risk” employee groups have been identified and that appropriate surveillance is in operation. Thereafter, a tailored health surveillance/assessment programme is developed and implemented and we work closely with each client to deliver a bespoke programme which exactly matches their requirements.
